Just in case if you want to reset Yet Comic Reader,
Delete the file net.x3.ComicReader.plist and net.x3.ComicReader.LSSharedFileList.plist in the location...
/Users/<your user name>/Library/Containers/net.x3.ComicReader/Data/Library/Preferences/
And relaunch Yet Comic Reader.
